1. 3PC Stainless Steel Thread Ball Valve includes 3PC 1000WOG CF8M Ball Valve,3PC Floating Ball Valve 2000WOG, 3PC Butt Welding Ball Valve, 3 Piece Socket Welded Floating Ball Valve, 3PC Extended Welding SS Ball Valve, Three Piece Union Welded Ball Valve, 3PC Clamped Ends Stainless Steel Ball Valve, 3PC Floating NPT CF8M Ball Valve with ISO5211 Mounting Pad, 3PC Stainless Steel Ball Valve with Pneumatic Actuator or Electric Actuator.

2.  Many industries encounter problem with residues in the ball valve. Where the fluid is meant for human consumption, residues may also be health hazard, and when where the fluid changes from time to time contamination of one fluid with another may occur. Residues arise because in the half open position of the ball valve a gap is created between the ball bore and the body in which fluid can be trapped. To avoid the fluid getting into this cavity, the cavity has to be plugged, which can be done by extending the seats in such a manner that it is always in contact with the ball. This type of ball valve is known as Cavity Filler Ball Valve.

3.  Three piece ball valve can reach 2000psi(PN138) pressure, high pressure performance. Blow-out proof stem can support high pressure operation. PTFE seal design has good sealing performance. ISO5211 high mounting design support lever operated, pneumatic operated and electric operated.
